Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is $8.00 for orders under $70. Orders of $70 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping. Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after your order has been processed.

Express Shipping
Express shipping is available for $15.00. Estimated transit time is 1–2 business days after your order has been processed.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Decor By Fanny is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside of our control. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will assist you with the available tracking information.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
